2026 QGSSSA Lead Up Meets - Track & Field Carnival, held at QSAC - Main and SAF, Nathan.
The meet is due to start at 4:00pm and should finish around 7:00pm. Officials to report no later than 3:00pm
Note from Convenor:
The girls are often competing in multiple events throughout the evening, and the school has asked that, where possible, officials use flexibility and be adaptable when athletes have clashes between events.
This applies to all students, both able-bodied and multi-class. Where possible, QGSSSA would really appreciate some flexibility in allowing students to fit into another age group’s time slot if they have a clash with another event.
QGSSSA understands that officials need to follow the program and keep events running smoothly, but these are lead-up meets where results are used for selection for the QGSSSA championships. QGSSSA is keen to ensure all girls have a positive experience and the opportunity to participate as much as possible. Please ensure all athletes have the opportunity to compete and record a time, distance, or height.
