Athlete Declaration:
In submitting my entry I accept and understand that I must abide by the competition rules of QMA (based on World Athletics rules and regulations). I confirm that all of the information provided by me in completing my online entry is correct and acknowledge that my entry may be refused if I provide false information.
I acknowledge that athletics is a potentially hazardous activity, and that I enter QMA events certifying that I am medically fit and properly trained. I also assume any and all risks associated with participating in QMA organized events.
I understand QMA is a volunteer based organisation and I am willing to volunteer with the running of this competition.
I am agreeable to Queensland Masters Athletics using my image in any promotional material, whether on social media, the website, newsletters or otherwise, unless I specifically request otherwise in writing.
