NATIONALS ENTRIES CLOSE 9AM MONDAY 15TH MARCH, 2021

IMPORTANT - DO NOT complete this Registration if you believe you might qualify for another event. Once you have registered for one event, you CAN NOT add another event. 

NB: Registering for Nationals without meeting qualification standards will result in a NON-REFUNDABLE AA ENTRY FEE ($30) as well as $30) Administration & Transaction fee. All athletes must compete at the 2021 Queensland Athletics Championships unless based in North Queensland.

*Base members are required to pay a $100 National permit fee.

Team Registration Costs (Juniors)

The Team Levy for these championships is $100. This fee includes:

- Team Selection
- Team Administration Costs
- Team Management Services

Event entry for these championships is $30 per event - there will be no late entries. 

Please provide all information as requested and ensure that the email address you provide is correct as the majority of correspondence for this team will be via email.

Uniforms are all ordered online through the Queensland Athletics website, all orders need to be completed by the 20th of March in order to be received on time.

Please note that Queensland Athletics does NOT book flights for athletes. Athletes are required to book their own flights. Athletes are not required to stay in Sydney for the entire championships; athletes may stay in Sydney for their event competition days only if they choose.
