The QA Throws meet gives athletes an opportunity to compete in more events over the summer shield series. The Hammer throw will be a part of the Shield series point scoring and fee structure (free for platinums) whilst Base Member will pay the usual $25 but will cover the following shield meet event entry as well.

The Shot put will also follow the above fee structure but will not be a Shield series point scoring event.

Entry for base members into the QA Throws Meet #3 also covers entry into the Jai Taurima Shield. Please contact the office to secure this entry.

Normal Shield meet throws rules will be in effect for the QA Throws Series

7:30pm Womens Hammer Throw + Mens Shot Put
