NATIONALS ENTRIES for Juniors U13 to U18 CLOSE 9AM Wednesday the 22nd of March - We cannot except late entries so please do this on time. 

IMPORTANT - DO NOT complete this Registration if you believe you might qualify for another event. Once you have registered for one event, you CAN NOT add another event. 

NB: Registering for Nationals without meeting qualification standards will result in a NON-REFUNDABLE AA ENTRY FEE ($45) as well as $30) Administration & Transaction fee. All athletes must compete at the 2023 Queensland Athletics Championships/ Queensland Combined Event Championships/QLD 3000m Championships unless exemption is given based on the Selection Criteria 

Under 13 Age Group – this is a new age group in 2023. Under 13 athletes will compete at the same time as Under 14, with medals being awarded to both age groups – assuming the number of athletes in each event in each age group has a minimum of three athletes at the close of entries. 

Entry Standards are the same as Under 14. Member Associations will be able to select the first three in the Under 13 age group at their State Championships if they choose.  Athletes are not eligible to enter both the Under 13 and Under 14 age group events. Athletes could, however, enter the Under 15 age group events (if they achieve the entry standard). 

 There are no specific relays or Combined Events for Under 13. Under 13 athletes may be selected into the Under 14 relay.

*Base members are required to upgrade to a gold or platinum membership and join a club. 

Team Registration Costs (Juniors)

The Team Levy for these championships is $90. This fee includes:

• Team Selection
• Team Administration Costs
• Team Management Services
•  Media 
• Two Physiotherapists 

Event entry for these championships is $45 per event - there will be no late entries.

Uniforms are all ordered online through the link provided in the confirmation email, all orders need to be completed by the 29th of March.
