We invite women of all experience levels to join a two-hour discover sailing session aboard the beautiful Beneteau Oceanis 46 - Champagne on Ice. 

Under the guidance of Skipper Steve, you'll learn the basics of sailing, take the helm and experience the thrill of trimming sails and working the winches - all in a relaxed, supportive setting designed to build confidence and connection on the water.

These hands-on experiences are part of PSYC's commitment to increasing womens participation in sailing, offering a welcoming space to learn new skills, make friends and enjoy the freedom of the sea.

After your session, you'll be invited to join a crew in one of our regular races, from Wednesday and Saturday afternoons to the popular Friday Twilight series where you can continue your sailing journey at your own pace.

This is a free program with limited spaces available.  We ask all participants to provide at least 3 days notice if they are unable to attend their booked session.

Weather conditions will be assessed at 8am on the day of the session to ensure the best and safest experience on the water.  If weather or unforseen circumstances require PSYC to cancel or rescedule, participants will be notified by phone or email and offered an alternative date where possible.
