To complete your application for membership please ensure that you read, understand, acknowledge and accept the Standardised Terms and Conditions of your membership.

If the applicant is under 18 years of age this section, and the Standardised Terms and Conditions must be read, understand, acknowledge and accepted by the applicant's parent or legal guardian.

Rowing Queensland

I agree to abide by the rules, regulations and policies of Rowing Queensland Ltd, Rowing Australia Ltd, and the relevant club, including the Anti-Doping, Member Protection, Anti Match Fixing, and Privacy Policies. (All of the above mentioned regulations, policies and rules are available on or through the Rowing Queensland Website) 

I agree to have my name, photograph and results published in official programs, newsletters and websites. 

I acknowledge and understand that in submitting this registration form I become liable for the relevant fees and understand these fees are non-refundable. 

I have read, understood, acknowledge and agree to the declarations above and the details provided in the application and I personally consent to the declarations above and I warrant that all information provided is true and correct.

If the applicant is under 18 years of age this section of the form must be endorsed by the applicant's parent or legal guardian.

Pine Rivers Rowing Club Inc

Pine Rivers Rowing Club 2024 Membership Fees (inclusive of Rowing Queensland Registration fees)

All members must be registered and financial members of Rowing Queensland as this provides insurance cover under RQ Sports Injury and Personal Accident Policy.

Notes of fees: 

• Fees are valid for 12 months - January to December 2024
• RQ registration costs are included in the total fee listed 
• You can upgrade RQ registration to Competitive at any time during the year by paying the difference in membership categories.

Family rates: 

• Second and subsequent memberships for a family group at the same residence are at the discounted rates shown. A discount is only applied to a full membership fee. 
• The full membership is applied to the most expensive membership category from the family group and each subsequent family member is added at the discounted rates shown. 

Payment Options:

• Pin Payment via credit/debit card is required at the time of registration.
• Exceptions to using Pin Payment need to be discussed with the Club's Treasurer, email info@pineriversrowing.org.au

Volunteering 

By submitting this application you agree to provide voluntary services to the Club during the tenure of membership. These services include:

• Attendance and assistance at working bees
• Attendance and assistance at all regattas held at PRRC
• Assistance with boat and equipment maintenance
• Assistance with the Learn to Row and Transition programs

As a full member of the Pine Rivers Rowing Club inc I agree to the following:

• I confirm I can swim 50 meters in rowing clothes
• I confirm I am physically fit to row 
• I agree to abide by the rules of Pine Rivers Rowing Club inc and the rules and by-laws of Rowing Queensland Incorpoprated.
• I agree that my details above may be used for club communications eg notices, newsletters etc.
• I agree to promptly follow direction of club coaches and Committee members to ensure my safety and that of others 
• I agree to pay seat fees prior to regattas, failing which the club may scratch my entry to the regatta
• I agree to PRRC keeping the registration and health information on file and sharing it with other parties if situations require
• I understand that registration fees are non-refundable and agree to pay all applicable fees as and when they become due
• I consent for myself/ children being photographed and/or videod while representing PRRC on Lake Kurwongbah or at PRRC. I also consent to such photos and videos being used for training or promotional purposes for PRRC.
