This free fitness program will be fun for the whole family, with adults, high-schoolers and senior-primary school-aged kids invited to attend.
This EP designed program is for all fitness levels from those returning to hockey after a summer hiatus, those with injuries easing back into things or our keen sportspeople and young guns!
Sessions will be every Tuesday in Feb. Starting at 6pm and lasting 45minutes. See you at the fields (30 Hockey Place PMQ).
