It's time to register for season 2025/26.

Please take note of the following important information:

Fee Structure:

·      The SA/SSA capitation fee has risen in line with the CPI index.

·      After 2 seasons of no fee increases, the PASC club fee component will increase by $17.00 across each grade.

·      In keeping with our commitment to keep fees as low as possible and to continue having all fees paid in full at the registration checkout, the Club will absorb all transaction and merchant fees at checkout this season. When combined with the change above, members will experience an effective PASC Fee increase of roughly $3.00 to $10.00 (depending on grade).

·      We are pleased to report there are zero unfinancial members from the 2024/25 season. This strong result allows the PASC Committee, for the second season in a row, to waive the additional fee previously charged to members playing in multiple grades.

Payment Process:

·      Thanks to the unprecedented achievement of zero unfinancial members in 2024/25, it’s clear that mandatory payment of both SA/SSA capitation fees and PASC Fees at registration has worked, and accordingly the Club will again require payment of the full registration amount at checkout; thank you all for your truly remarkable cooperation last season.

Early Bird Discount:

·      An early bird discount is available from now until midnight on September 30, 2025.

·      Seniors will receive a $30 discount using the code EBS2025.

·      Juniors will receive a $20 discount using the code EBJ2025.

·      One discount code per player can be applied during the checkout process.

Family Discounts:

·      Families with three or more players can contact the Treasurer to receive discount information.

Sports Vouchers:

·      Sports Voucher processing is available NOW. Please visit 2025-Sports-Voucher-Registration-Form.pdf to download a voucher. Once completed, please email to the Treasurer at portadelaidesoftball@gmail.com.

·      You will receive a discount code of $100.00 or $200.00 to use at checkout.

Registration Deadline:

·      Fees must be paid before a player takes the diamond. No pay, no play policy will be strictly enforced.

Associate Membership:

·      For those who do not play but would like to be a financial voting club member, an Associate Membership option is available.
