Dear Port Adelaide Softball Club Members,

As we gear up for an exciting new season we would like to provide you with an outline of the fees for 2026/27.

Not sure which Junior Grade your child will be eligible to register for? Here's a table to help you. Please register for their eligible grade as per their year of birth even if they plan to play a higher grade.

Please take note of the following important information:

Fee Structure:

• The SA/SSA capitation fee has risen in line with the CPI index.
• There will NOT be a PASC fee increase, this component will remain at 25/26 prices across each grade.
• In keeping with our commitment to keep fees as low as possible and to continue having all fees paid in full at the registration checkout, the Club will absorb all transaction fees at checkout.
• We are pleased to report there are zero unfinancial members from the 2025/26 season. This strong result allows the PASC Committee, for the third season in a row, to waive the additional fee previously charged to members playing in multiple grades.
• *Softball Australia deems any member aged 18 on or after 1^st January 2027 a SENIOR player, therefore, considering the Adelaide Softball Association has created an U19 Junior Grade for 2026/27, PASC have been forced to create an U19 Junior Fee for those 17 and under on or before December 31^st 2026 using the Junior Capitation Fee and an U19 Junior Fee for those aged 18 on or after January 1^st using the Senior Capitation Fee, however the Committee has decided to only charge the 18 year olds the same U19 overall fee for the season.

Payment Process:

• Thanks to the achievement of zero unfinancial members, it’s clear that mandatory payment of both SA/SSA capitation fees and PASC Fees at registration has worked, and accordingly the Club will again require payment of the full registration amount at checkout; thank you all for your truly remarkable cooperation.

Early Bird Discount:

An early bird discount is available for juniors U13-16-19 and all Senior grades from now until midnight on September 30, 2026.

• Seniors will receive a $30 discount using the code EBS2026.
• Juniors will receive a $20 discount using the code EBJ2026.

One discount code per player can be applied during the checkout process. Ensure you press the APPLY DISCOUNT button!!

Family Discounts:

Families with three or more players can contact the Treasurer to receive further discount information.

Sports Vouchers:

Sports Voucher processing is available NOW. Please visit 2026 Sports Voucher Form to download a voucher. Once completed, please email to the Treasurer at portadelaidesoftball@gmail.com.

You will receive a discount code of $100.00 or $200.00 to use at checkout.

Registration Deadline:

Fees must be paid before a player takes the diamond. No pay, no play policy will be strictly enforced.

For non-players who would like to be a financial voting member, an Associate Membership option is available at $50.00.

Volunteer Register/Supporter:

For those who wish to help around the grounds at Club Day Events, fundraisers, or simply cheer on our players from the sidelines and move the odd shade and portable benches from diamond to diamond for us, we would love to have you registered with the Magpies too. Parents, please register yourselves as part of our Magpie Supporter Club at NO COST.
