THIS IS THE QUALIFYING SHOOT FOR STATE TEAM SELECTION

SSAA WA Team Selection Criteria – Lever Action Rifle

  • Selection will be based on the SSAA WA Lever Action Rifle State Championships
  • Selection will be based on the top placings in the “2 gun”, being “Open Rifle” and “Open Classic Calibre” combined at the WA state championships
  • It is expected the competitor should as a minimum achieve a top ten placing. In circumstances where this can not happen the team will be made up from the lower rankings with the approval of the State Executive.
  • There is no guarantee that a SSAA team will qualify for funding
  • All SSAA WA Teams are subject to the WA State Executive approval and disciple funding
  • It is a competitor’s responsibility to notify the State Delegate if they wish to be considered for selection for any team as soon as possible
  • In some circumstances due to timing the previous years State Championships results maybe used to determine selection of a team with the SSAA WA State Executive’s approval
  • The selection process should be completed by the relevant Discipline Delegate as soon as possible after their Annual State Championship and submitted to the SSAA WA State Executive for approval.
