PARENTS/GUARDIANS  - please enter your CHILD's details - they are the Player or Participant. Their occupation is probably - STUDENT.

Hook in2 Hockey Event: Your child needs need to become a member of Pine Hills Hockey Club to participate in the Hook in2 Hockey Program. They can upgrade to play in a team when they complete the Program. They can join any club they wish.
