In addition please note we offer a Competent Crew course which combines the AS Keelboat Start Crewing and Start Helming Course. This programs is inclusive of: 8 x 3 hour practical lessons on the harbour. Normally $1,720  but through this Fast track Competent Crew program it is only $1,548.

Course Overview
This course introduces participants to the basics of sailing on keelboats, including boat handling, safety and sailing theory.

Water confident.

Who should do this course?

This course is designed for participants who wish to begin sailing in a keelboat. Learn the basics, whilst staying relatively dry! All the equipment and gear will be provided by your accredited Discover Sailing Centre.

Course Outcome

You will gain your Start Crewing completion certificate.
