6 x One Bedroom Executive Apartments - ($215/night x 4 = $860 per apartment), room only – one queen bed and ensuite, full kitchen facilities, washing machine. ALL ALLOCATED TO ODD CREW AS AT 28/2/25

2 x Two Bedroom Albany Executive Apartment –  ($295/night x 4 = $1180 per apartment), room only - one queen bed in the main bedroom, 2x single beds in the 2nd bedroom, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. 
ALL ALLOCATED TO ODD CREW AS AT 28/2/25

1 x Two-Bedroom Executive Blandford apartment  ($335/night x 4 = $1,340 per apartment) room only - queen bed in main bedroom, 2 x single beds in 2nd bedroom, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. ALLOCATED TO ODD CREW AS AT 28/2/25

2 x Two bedroom standard Albany apartments ($288/night x 4 = $1,152 per apartment) room only - queen bed in main bedroom, 2 x single beds in 2nd bedroom, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen. ALL ALLOCATED TO ODD CREW AS AT 28/2/25

1 x Twin room - $198 per night ($792 in total for each twin rooms), room only. Twin room has a queen bed & one single bed, motel style room.ALLOCATED TO ODD CREW AS AT 28/2/25.

1 x Queen room - $175 per night ($700 in total for each queen room), room only. Queen room has one queen bed, motel style room. ALLOCATED TO ODD CREW AS AT 28/2/25

All room rates include car parking. 

Club will need to invoice members for their accomodation to meet motel payment requirements of motel = 30 days in advance of our booking.

Please note the following cancellation policy for group bookings: 
- Cancellations must be made 30 days in advance for the entire group.
- For any single apartment within the group, cancellations must be made 7 days in advance.
A deposit of half the accommodation charge is required 30 days in advance (this deposit is non-refundable), and the remainder of the payment must be made and confirmed 7 days prior to arrival.
