This is to advise you of the upcoming Annual General Meeting of Orange City Croquet Club Incorporated members to be held at the Club house on Saturday 30th August 2025 starting at 11:00 am this will be followed by a Forum and sausage sizzle.

At the meeting, members will have the opportunity to:

·         Find out about the finances of the club

·         Ask questions about the operations and finances of the club

·         Speak about items on the agenda

·         Vote on any resolutions proposed.

Members will be asked to vote to:

·         Accept the minutes of the last Annual General Meeting (AGM).

·         Accept the minutes of any Special General Meetings held since the last AGM

·         Accept the Reports presented

·         Election Office bearers.

·         Appoint an auditor and Public Officer

Motions for the meeting to consider need to be submitted to the secretary on the accompanying form:

·         No later than 6 weeks prior to the date of the meeting for any motion that involves changes to our rules.

·         No later than two weeks prior to the meeting for motions of a general nature.

·         All motions will be circulated and displayed as received to allow for consideration by members.

Nominations for Board and Committee members are to be submitted on the form available at the club house, and should be in the hands of the secretary by 16^th July 2025
