2027 AUS O'pen Skiff Champs

Hi sailors.  

This is where you enter the 2027 AUS O'pen Skiff Champs. 

This year we have the Nationals at Keppel Bay Sailing Club in Queensland.

We invite all Open Skiff sailors to attend for our annual regatta.  

All ages are welcome for 4 days of racing with 2 days of coaching before racing starts.

  • Australian Sailors:  You'll need to be under 18 and know your AS Number. If you're not sure what it is, you can check here:  AS Number finder
  • International Sailors:  You'll need to become a temporary member of Keppel Bay Sailing Club and get an AS number. Contact KBSC directly to arrange, or email info@openskiff.org.au. 

You'll also need to choose what fleet you wish to sail in, either Green, Silver or Gold. 

 If you're unsure, select UNSURE and we'll assist later on selecting which fleet.

Registration before         1st Nov 2026 - $200 per sailor.  

Registration on or after  1st Nov 2026 - $220 per sailor.

Official Regatta Shirt: 

All entries received before 10th November will receive a FREE official regatta shirts.  Complete the entry process and select the size required. Additional Shirts can be ordered for friends and family if ordered by 10th November.  VIEW THE SIZING CHART HERE

Coaching Clinic (2nd + 3rd January) for Gold & Silver Fleet $200:
We are running a coaching clinic with a number of high level ex-O'pen Skiff sailors. If you wish to participate sign you MUST sign up during registration.  

As Green Fleet has a major focus on coaching, this clinic will not be open to Green Fleet.

Social Functions:  We have two social functions planned during the regatta.   

1. BBQ Dinner at Keppel Bay Sailing Club (Sunday Jan 3rd):  This is free to all competing sailors.  

2. Local Dinner at Yeppoon (Tuesday Jan 5th):  TBA.

CHARTER BOATS

Charter Boat hire is available $699 - book now to secure your boat.
