Hello everyone!

Thanks to a generous grant from the Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries (DLGSC), we have been able to upskill and renew safety and climbing skills of our volunteer instructors. The State Government through the Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries is a major supporter of outdoor recreation in Western Australia. Sport and recreation creates vibrant, inclusive and connected WA communities.

What has this allowed us to do? We have:

• Upskilled twenty volunteers with Remote First Aid training, ten of whom are new volunteers and ten are current instructors.
• Upskilled three Climbing Instructors with a Single Pitch Climbing Course (which is an Outdoor Climbing qualification).

If you would like to get involved and volunteer, please get in touch! There are plenty of ways to get involved such as helping to organise activities, leading events, or serving on the committee.
