Trial Day is open to all swimmers aged 5 years and over who are interested in joining Onslow Occys Swimming Club.

Swimmers must be able to independently swim:

• 25m freestyle

• 25m backstroke

The session gives our coaches a chance to meet new swimmers, have a look at their current swimming ability and help determine the most suitable training group for the season.

It’s also a great opportunity for families to come along, meet our coaches and committee, ask questions and find out a little more about how the club and the season works.

Although the event runs from 11am to 1pm, families do not need to stay for the full two hours. We only need to see each swimmer in the water for around 10 minutes, so you can come along at a time that suits within the session.

There’s no need to be an experienced competitive swimmer — if your child enjoys swimming and would like to give club swimming a go, we’d love to see them there.

Please bring bathers, goggles, a towel and a drink bottle.
