Obstacle Australia is excited to introduce two new Athlete Membership options designed to better support the diverse ways our community participates in obstacle course racing: Recreational and Competitive memberships.

These options allow athletes to choose the pathway that best suits their goals in the sport.

Recreational Membership
The Recreational membership is designed for athletes who love obstacle course racing and want to be part of the Obstacle Australia community without competing against others. This membership is ideal for those who race for personal challenge, fitness, and enjoyment while proudly representing the Obstacle Australia team both in Australia and internationally.

Competitive Membership
The Competitive membership is intended for athletes racing in Elite or Age Group categories who are focused on performance and progression in the sport. This membership provides access to the competitive pathway, including eligibility for national team selection and opportunities to represent Australia at international competitions.

Both memberships help support the growth of obstacle course racing in Australia and connect athletes with the broader Obstacle Australia community.
