By completing the registration for the Winter Series, you confirm that:
.) All sailors on the boat are current members of Australian Sailing (are current members of an Australian Sailing affiliated yacht club)
If your crew is not a member of Nedlands Yacht Club please can you direct them to the following link to fill in a Sail Pass for the day. https://www.revolutionise.com.au/nyc/registration/
.) The boat is insured to the level required in the Sailing Instructions
.) There is a valid Australian Sailing Safety Audit form registered with the boats home club (remembering that a new form is required from 1 July 2025).
All those taking any part in the event do so at their own risk. The Organising Authority, its associates and appointees accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or inconvenience incurred, howsoever caused. Attention is also drawn to Fundamental Rule 3 which states “The responsibility for a boat's decision to participate in a race or to continue racing is hers alone”.
