Has your young sailor completed Tackers 3? If so, they’re all set for the next exciting adventure - the Green Fleet, Nedlands Yacht Club’s fun and supportive junior racing and coaching program. 

To join the Green Fleet, sailors need: A completed Tackers 3 course; A Junior Club Membership.  

Green Fleet runs on Sunday mornings throughout the sailing season (October–April) and uses the Club’s fleet of Ozi Opti training boats. 

By the end of the program, sailors will be confident and ready to:  Crew on a Pacer dinghy;  Or take the leap into owning their own Optimist or Open Skiff.  A perfect next step for young sailors who love being on the water and want to grow their skills in a fun, friendly team environment.

Course fee: $320 + optional 15% NYC sustaining capital fee
