We are in need of help to run our Pan Pan Fundraising Cocktail Party for Nedlands Yacht Club and invite our members and friends to assist. 

Please use the registration to put your name down to help. 

Those who are registered will recieve information about the duties and their roster for confirmation. 

Roles include:

Role	Location and details.	Time
Welcome and check in guests	Check in table, welcome guests and allocate event wristbands.	5:45pm to 6:45pm
Welcome drink	Supervise the welcome drink table, top up with bar staff and offer to guests on arrival (RSA required).	5:45pm to 6:30pm
Food preparation	Club galley, volunteers on rotation / shifts available.	4pm to 10pm
Food service	Walk food trays around to serve to guests and freshen food stations.	6pm to 9:30pm
Bar staff	Beverage service assistant in main clubhouse bar (RSA required). Shifts available.	5:45pm to 10:30pm
Collect and clean	Collect glassware and plates for cleaning and general tidy up during food and beverage service.	6:pm to 10:30pm
Junior and Youth party suprvisor	Check in guests, allocate wristbands. Supervise the giant games, silent disco and movie night equipment in the STC. Setup and packdown. Parent or guardians should be on site to look after their children too.	3:30pm to 7:30pm
Music and screen show	Monitor the music and the screen display for the Cocktail Party. Prepare microphones for MC and guest speakers.	5:45pm to 10:30pm
Book and raffle table	Station in the clubhouse, sell books and raffle tickets. Pass on announcements to MC.	6pm to 10pm.
Silent auction	Monitor screen display and assist guests with bidding. Pass on annoucements to MC.	6pm to 10pm
