Pan Pan - Fundraising Cocktail Party
Guests arrive from 6pm. Enjoy a welcome drink on arrival and our canapés service throughout the evening.
Be entertained by Master of Ceremonies, Luke Paterson who will interview our guest speakers Graham Moss and John McKechnie during the evening.
Participate in our silent aution, raffles, wine tasting and connect with the community. All in support of the future for the Nedlands Yacht Club venue as a place for generations of sailors to come.
Registered guests will receive information about our silent auction which includes some fantastic items including, a significant piece of AFL WA player Brownlow medallists memorabilia, an accompanied dinner for four at WA Parliament House, four nights at a Dunsborough holiday house and sailing charters with Swan River Sailing.
Tickets are $55 per person for the Cocktail party
Junior and Youth party tickets are $35
Family ticket $120
(two adult tickets to the Cocktail party and tickets to the Junior and Youth party for their own children)
For familes and younger ones, the Pan Pan party will run from 4pm to 7pm with entertainment for under 18's. Includes silent disco. Parents who wish to attend the Cocktail function from 6pm have the option for their children to stay on for a movie night in the clubhouse (under their parent supervision after 7pm).
TICKET PURCHASING:
- Select your ticket type.
- Select the number of those tickets that you would like (eg: adult ticket | 2 tickets)
- Add the names of all guests in your party, if you are unsure please write your own name and the word 'guest' (eg: Sam Smith - guest)
For family tickets:
- Select the family ticket type.
- Quantity will be one for the family ticket (unless your are also purchasing for another whole family unit).
- Add the names of each person in your family ticket (maximum two adults, plus up to four of your own children).
If you can't make it to the party, please consider a donation instead.
