There is both off-ice and on-ice training.

Off-ice warm up starts at 14:45 (2:45pm)

On-ice starts at 15:15 (3:15pm) until 16:15 (4:15pm)

Off-ice cool down 16:15 – 16:45 (2:15pm – 4:45pm)
