NSDSA Under 12s

Our Under 12 program sees the removal of the tee and the introduction of live pitch with modified softball rules. State Championships is a great experience for our little greenies to start hitting a live pitch and for our new pitchers and catchers to learn the ropes.

Eligibility:

To be eligible to nominate for the NSDSA Under 12 Representative Team, you must be:

First registered with a North Shore District Softball Association Club
Under 12 years of age, and no younger than 8 years of age, as at 31 December in the year of the Championship
Available for the above State Championship dates

To be eligible to nominate for the NSDSA Under 12 Development Team, you must be:

First registered with a North Shore District Softball Association Club
Under 12 years of age, and no younger than 8 years of age, as at 31 December in the year of the Championship

Note:

The Under 12 Representative team is primarily for players turning 10 and 11 in the year of the championships
The Under 12 Development team is for those players turning 8 and 9.
Consideration may be given to players from the younger age group for the representative team.
