The NSBHA uniform must be worn by all athletes representing NSBHA at Carnivals, Tournaments and State Championships.

Uniforms for NSBHA can be purchased from Steve at Xpress Promotions via this link: http://www.xpresssportswear.com.au/field-hockey/nsb-hockey

Please allow at least two weeks for processing your order.

It is recommended that new players purchase a ‘New Player Pack’ which contains all the essential items. Alternatively, all items can be ordered individually.

  • The players unique playing number must be printed on both the main and alternate shirt

  • Extra pairs of socks are recommended for Field State Championships

Official Player Shirt Numbers:

  • Each player is allocated a unique player number which they will use throughout all their representative hockey
  • Every player in the u13s and older age groups require a unique playing number – this is allocated by the Uniform Officer.
  • DO NOT choose your own number
  • Shirt numbers must be printed on the back of singlets for all players from u13s and older.
  • Shirt numbers must be provided to the uniform shop at the time of being ordered.

U11s – the NSBHA playing singlet and socks are provided to all players at the beginning of the season. The tops are on loan and must be returned at the end of the winter season or purchased for a fee.

Do the u11s require a unique playing number?

NO – the u11s do not play State Championships, therefore do not require a unique number. U11s compete in local and regional tournaments. If numbers are required, the players wear numbered bibs.

Can I wear my older siblings playing shirt?

Each player will be allocated their own unique number (which remains with them whilst they play NSBHA representative hockey). A younger sibling can only wear the older siblings top if this is first checked with the Uniform Officer to ensure there are no clashes with other players in the team.

How do I get my unique playing number?

Once the teams are selected, the Age Co-ordinator will pass on this information to the Uniform Officer. The Uniform Officer will then allocate a number to each player. This information is then supplied to the Age Co-ordinator who in turn will advise the players.

Can I order my Playing Shirt without a number?

NO – please wait for your playing number before ordering the shirt.

Can I contact the manufacturer direct?

NO – this becomes difficult and time consuming if the manufacturer is fielding dozens of phone calls or emails. Please direct any queries to the Uniform Officer in the first instant, or the Age Co-ordinator.

Do Goal Keepers require a number?

YES – usually they are allocated the number 1. If there is more than one keeper per team, then one of the keepers will be allocated 11 or 111.

Who do I contact if I have more questions?

Please contact the NSBHA Uniforms Officer. For 2022 this is Lisa – 0403 823 403.
