This is a great opportunity to get involved in parkrun if you haven't given it a try already! Newcastle Park parkrun is a free event for all ages to walk, jog or runs every Saturday at 8am! It's the exciting 1st Birthday of the event! Time has flown by quickly!
If you have never done parkrun before it is a volunteer run free 5km walk, jog or run every Saturday starting at 8am and you only have to register once per lifetime at www.parkrun.com.au/register/
