 A huge win today against Syndal!

Big shout out to Sophia for her incredible hit to right field - getting a massive home run! 

Our defence was on fire, with plenty of tag outs and two impressive back-to-back outs from Charlie at second base.

Max was a brick wall behind the plate, making some fanatastic bare-hand catches.

Great work by everyone, a great team game!

Open 4

A warm and overcast day with the slight threat of rain around the park.

In our first encounter against the new GEMSA Open 4 team, we put the foot down early, putting five runs on the board in the first innings. From there, we continued to pile on the runs, highlighted by a massive home run from Sammy to right field that ended up in the middle of diamond 6! 

Our defence kept GEMSA out of the game with some dependable fielding from Jayde and Doz, we ran away convincing winners 13-2.

Enjoy the two-week break, and we'll see you all back on the 8th to take on Northvale!

Open 3

Our game started as flat as the weather, but by the last dig we were hitting out and back to regular programming.

Most of the team got a single and the fielding was solid.

We know what we need to do next time - here's to stronger starts in future!
