With the final winter comp rounds completed, planning for the summer season has commenced.

While the Summer Season rollover for registration was 1st September 2025, winter training will continue until the end of Term 3.

Information to register with Nordek for the summer season will be out soon!

Nordek Summer Season Dates and Plans

The age brackets for the Summer Season are as follows.

•           U12 born in 2014 and 2015 – Mixed Teams

•           U14 born in 2012 and 2013 – Girls and Boys 

•           U16 born in 2010 and 2011 – Girls and Boys 

•           U18/Youth League born in 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 – Girls and Boys 

Key Dates

1^st September – Summer Season Rollover

13^th October Summer Season Training Starts 

All players to be registered for Summer Season

18^th October - Pre-Season Round  

25^th October – Summer Comp Commences

6^th December – Last Round before Christmas break 

7^th February – Summer Comp Re Commences

21^st March – Semi Finals

28^th March – Grand Finals

Junior Canberra Cup – 7^th, 8^th, 9^th November – U14/U16s

NSW State Championship 

U14 Boys & Girls, (Born 2012 & 2013) - 3rd-6th December 

U16 Boys & Girls, (Born 2010 & 2011) - 8th-11th December

Balmain 12&U - Saturday 3^rd January – Monday 5^th January 2026

Born 2013 and later

ACT Club Championships 6th – 9^th March 2026

Australian Youth Water Polo Championships – 

U14 Boys and Girls 8^th -12^th April 2026

U16 Boys and Girls 14^th -18^th April 2026

Nordek will look to enter 1 team in each age/ group in the tournaments.

Teams will be organised and confirmed after the Summer Season commences.
