We’re excited to announce that Aussie Stinger and Paris Olympics Silver Medallist Alice Williams will be joining us in Canberra this weekend for three special Girls Only Water Polo Come & Try sessions!
Alice has just returned from competing with the Aussie Stingers at the World Aquatics Water Polo Championships in Singapore, where the team finished 6th in the world and she’s ready to inspire the next generation right here in the ACT!

NORDEK WINTER UPDATE
Training and comps are rolling as we power into the final stretch of winter!
Final Round - ACT Winter Comp
Round 4 is coming up on 30–31 August – with all juniors now playing in their 2025/26 summer season age groups. On the same weekend, the Women’s Winter Comp Finals Day will also be held, with plenty of Nordek women lining up in this year’s new composite-team format.

The CWPA KAP7 Canberra Cup is back on 20–21 September at AIS & Gungahlin, and the Kap7 U12’s Waterpolooza will also be taking place over the same weekend!
Nordek have entered multiple senior teams in Canberra Cup featuring Div 1, Div 2 & Masters, as well as junior teams in Waterpolooza
A great pre-season hit-out - so seniors, get to training and get prepped!
