In March 2023, the Nagambie Lakes Sailing Club hosted the Shepparton Sailability Club crew of 6 to bring 4 sailing dinghies and a recovery boat to the Nagambie Regatta Centre to conduct a ‘Sailing Experience Day’ for Nagambie club members. Five hours of sailing saw 20 Nagambie people enjoy hands-on learning more about sailing, with several more social members joining in the BYO lunch.
