Welcome to registration commitment for the 2026 NDWHA Masters Representative team/s.

The 2026 Women's Masters will be held Friday 29 May 2026 - Sunday 31 May 2026 @ Grafton

Travel will be required on the Thursday

Nomination Fee:

A $150 fee is required to confirm your commitment by Friday, April 10th, 2026.

  Total Estimated Costs: The approximate cost per player is $170-$195 per player pending confirmation of HNSW costs. This fee covers the administrative costs of nominating and entering teams. The amount will be confirmed once numbers are finalised. All costs must be paid in full two weeks prior to the championship.

For those who have reserved the NDWHA accommodation you will be invoiced according to the room value you have booked and your confirmed roommates.

Accommodation & Costs

 Existing Bookings: Players who have already booked accommodation through NDWHA will be billed accordingly.

 This covers three nights at the Fitzroy Motor Inn 27 Fitzroy Street, Grafton

New Bookings: If you have not booked through NDWHA, you must arrange your own accommodation.  Please note that availability in Grafton will be very limited.

Team Selection & Conduct

Teams will be allocated based on age and ability; playing with specific friends is not guaranteed. Nominations are open for the following age groups: 34-40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 

To be eligible, you must turn at least 34 years old in 2026.

Abuse of Committee Members will not be tolerated.

Refund Policy
By nominating, you agree to the following refund rules:

  - Withdraw before 1 May 2026: Full $150 refund. All refunds will be excluding revolutionise fees.

  - Withdraw between 1 May and 14 May 2026: The $150 fee is non-refundable.
  - Withdraw after 14 May 2026: The full amount must be paid and is non-refundable.

We also need umpires, Coaches & Managers

Unfortunately, we are unable to supply your accommodation this year if you are a non-player.

Please note that players with outstanding balances will be declared unfinancial and ineligible for local or state competitions until all costs are settled.
