Welcome to registrations for the 2025/2026 NDWHA Indoor Masters Representative team/s.
If you have not previously represented NDWHA and NDWHA is not your primary association in 2025 you may be required to provide a release form from your primary association. If you have any questions in this regard please provide details when you register.
HNSW registrations expire 31/12/2025. You will need to renew your HNSW registration prior to the tournament.
Dates: Friday 30/01/2026- Sunday 01/02/2026
Nominations close 01 January 2026 - $100 Nomination Fee payable on Registration.
Costs will be determined once full costs are known. You can expect to pay a cost of between $190 - $240. The total cost will be reduced by the nomination fee paid.
Accommodation has not been booked and is the responsibility of players. You will need to source your or own at your expense.

We will also require team Managers, coaches and umpires. Teams will be limited to a maximum of 10 Players.
Withdrawal Rules
Withdrawals after 31 December 2025 – Nomination fee is forfeited unless an exemption is granted by the Masters Committee and appropriate documentation is provided.
Withdrawals after 13 January 2026 – No Refunds. Total Rep Fee levy is to be paid. Any unpaid rep levy’s will result in players being declared unfinancial and ineligible to play in ANY 2026 competition.
If you nominate to play in Division 2, 3, or 4, your nomination will be accepted, but placement in your nominated division is not guaranteed.
The following is a guide for division placements:
* Division 1: Premier League, 2nd, higher 3rd
* Division 2: 2nd, 3rd, higher 4th
* Division 3: 3rd, higher 4th
* Division 4: 4th to 7th grade
Team placements will depend on the number of nominations received and your NDWHA ranking. Please consider this when submitting your nomination. If a division receives too many nominations, trials and a selection process will be held by a selection panel.
