The skipper/angler registering hereby agrees to ensure that they and their crew participate in accordance with the rules of the competition, have all the required boating and fishing licences, fish within the fisheries bag and boat limits and to indemnify the organisers and Naturaliste Game and Sports Fishing Club Inc. against any claim whatsoever for any loss/damage sustained and take part in the competition entirely at their own risk.
