Tackers Green Fleet - Spring 2021
Now it’s time to learn to sail around a course and become more independent!
Our Green Fleet is open to 12 young sailors who have completed Tackers 3 and are keen to try their hand at sailing around a course and learning more about racing. You’ll have a coach on water with you for assistance & guidance, but you’re now becoming a more proficient sailor & making decisions yourself!
Our Green Fleet sail on Sunday mornings during Spring & Summer. The first race starts at 10:00am so, to give yourself time to be rigged and ready (this is now your responsibility), we suggest you arrive around 9:00am. We are able to sail up to five short races each week (around 15 – 20minutes each) however the number we sail will depend upon the wind & weather.

The NCYC Sailing Academy abides by the Australian Sailing coach/student ratios, hence places are strictly limited. To avoid disapointment, we recommend registering early.
The entry fee for this racing program is $195.

Member Discounts
Current financial NCYC members are offered a discount on training courses for their children or grandchildren - 10% for General Members and 5% for Crew Members.
NSW Active Kids Vouchers are accepted. 
The NCYC Academy is proud to be an Active Kids Provider. If you would like to use an Active Kids voucher, please submit the 16-digit voucher number during registration.
Please also use the discount code ACTIVEKIDS when you get to the payment section so the $100 is deducted from your course fee.
