Our “Sail & Play” school holiday camps aim to introduce kids to sailing & water based activities in a fun & safe environment.

The kids will spend their days outdoors in the fresh air learning new skills & participating in challenging activities!  They will learn to sail on our small inshore keelboats whilst learning to work as a team as part of a crew.  Other water-based activities, skills & knowledge will be covered.  We will investigate inshore navigation, basic passage planning, safe anchoring and general seamanship skills.

Not only that, the kids will get to see Newcastle from a completely different angle and weather permitting may have the opportunity to check out the Stockton foreshore and the Hunter River.

Sailing activities will be on our fleet of six Force 24 small inshore keelboats which are suitable for one instructor and up to 4 students.

A great camp for kids aged 11-17 years.

Kids bring their own lunch & snacks and active gear for sailing with enclosed shoes (don’t forget your hat & suncream!).  We provide life jackets and all sailing and safety equipment.
