The Youth Intermediate Squad (YIS) aims to progress the skills of sailors with a very high standard of fleet racing skills, either in keelboats or dinghies. They will have the opportunity to represent the NCYC at events locally and away in Sydney. Participants will extend their fleet racing experience and begin to gain knowledge & skills in match racing. This program focuses on building core team work dynamics and advanced sail trim techniques in fleet racing and match racing.
