Photography & Media Consent

During the tournament, photographs and videos may be taken for promotional and club purposes.

I consent to photographs/videos being taken and used by Northern Beaches Hapkido.

Liability Waiver

I acknowledge that martial arts involves physical activity and carries an inherent risk of injury. I understand that every reasonable precaution will be taken to ensure the safety of participants.

I release Northern Beaches Hapkido, its instructors, volunteers and officials from liability for injuries or losses sustained while participating in the tournament, except where required by law.

I confirm that the competitor is medically fit to participate.

Parent/Guardian Declaration

I certify that the information provided is correct.

I have read and agree to the tournament conditions and liability waiver.

Tournament Notes

• Competitors should arrive at least 30 minutes before the tournament begins.
• Full Hapkido uniform is required.
• Event divisions and scheduling may be adjusted based on registration numbers.
• Decisions made by referees are final.
• Good sportsmanship and respect are expected from all competitors and spectators.
