Looking for some tips and feedback on your technique?  As we head into the warmer spring weather and the upcoming rowing season, we are setting up a technical rowing session for interested members on Sunday, October 4.  Alastair is offering up his time as a volunteer club member to help out for this morning.  We'll start with a review of some fundamentals of good rowing, and then we'll head out on the water for some practice, observation and feedback on what we can each concentrate on to improve our technique.
