A tremendous amount of work has gone in the last several weeks from many of our members to bring forward insights and ideas to build a future vision and strategic plan for the Nagambie Rowing club to help continue building success now and into the future.  A draft strategic plan has now been prepared and we would like your thoughts and feedback on the draft output of this work before finalising it and commencing work on key initiatives.
