Welcome to Mulgrave Athletics 2024 Membership Portal.

All memberships include the following:

• Personal Insurance
• Free access to Club Days and Club coaching
• Member of Athletics North Queensland, Queensland Athletics, Queensland Masters Athetics, Athletics Australia
• Athletes choice of a Mulgrave Hat, Shirt or Bag (depending on availability)

Registration Costs for the 2024 season are as follows:

• 4-5 years $140 per athlete
• 6-9 years $190 per athlete
• 10-17 years $220 per athlete
• 18-29 years and over $160 per athlete
• Masters $140 per athlete

NB. Age group is based on age at 31st Demember 2024 - Athletes compete as the age of their birthday in 2024.

Coaches, Officials, Committee Members and all parent volunteers are required to register free of charge with ANQ which also includes insurance cover.

All parents and volunteers must register for a Blue Card.

There are no weekly fees collected on Club Day after Registration is complete. All fees include registration with Mulgrave Athletics, Athletics North Queensland and the nomination for Relay Day, hosted by Mulgrave. Membership allows participation at ANQ sanctioned events and carnivals throughout Queensland and Australia (at an additional Meet Registration cost). Registration is valid until 31st March, 2025.

Fair Play Vouchers

Mulgrave Athletics accepts Fair Play vouchers for the 2024 season. To use this voucher for membership, please follow the below instructions:

• Athlete 5-9 Years register as a 2024 Member - Fair Play Voucher 6-9 Years using our online membership system. Payment is required of $40 (the difference between the voucher and 2024 membership). When attending your first club day, please hand in your voucher to the club's registrar at the start of the day. Athletes will not be classed as full members until the voucher is submitted
• Athletes 10 Years and above register as a 2024 Member - Fair Play Voucher 10 years and Open. Payment is required of $70 (the difference between the voucher and 2023 membership). When attending your first club day, please hand in your voucher to the club's registrar at the start of the day. Athletes will not be classed as full members until the voucher is submitted

Trial Days

Interested athletes (who are not previous members of an Athletics Club) have the option to “trial for two weeks” at a cost of $15.00 per Club Day. You can only trial at a club day, and must be a fully registered athlete to participate at training sessions. Results from the trial day will not be included in the athlete’s performance for the year. Results commence from the date full registration fees are received. Should an athlete register after they have completed Trial Days, the trial fee will be refunded.
