Welcome to Modern Pentathlon WA

Modern Pentathlon WA is the governing body for pentathlon multisports in Western Australia.

Modern Pentathlon is a multi-discipline sport enjoyed by people of all ages and fitness levels, with events to suit everyone from absolute beginners to potential gold medalists.  

Our aim is to promote and encourage athlete and community participation in pentathlon multisport events, which combine the disciplines of running, shooting, fencing, obstacle racing and equestrian in different ways: from two discipline events like laser run (running and shooting combined) to the full Olympic event of modern pentathlon (swimming, fencing, obstacle racing, shooting and running).
