There are some great gyms to do obstacle training with, just google Obstacle or Ninja gyms in your local area. In school holidays there are plenty of opportunities to try one out. Exercises such as pull ups, chin ups, and dead hangs, especially help with obstacle.
Training camps - Watch out for local camps promoted via socaila media. Mark your calendar for the annual Winter Camp & Comp in July school holidays. Coffs Harbour NSW: Coffs Penta often run training camps - develop your skills in the sport and they welcome interstate athletes.
