30th Anniversary Gala Dinner – Event Terms and Waiver

By purchasing a ticket to, or attending, the Mornington Peninsula Hockey Club’s 30th Anniversary Gala Dinner ("the Event"), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Assumption of Risk
   You attend the Event voluntarily and at your own risk. You understand that participation in social events may involve risks such as minor injuries, illness, accidents, or property loss.

2. Release of Liability
   To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release and indemnify the Mornington Peninsula Hockey Club, its committee members, volunteers, contractors, sponsors, and agents from any claims, liabilities, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with your attendance at the Event.

3. Alcohol Service
   You acknowledge that alcohol may be served at the Event. You agree to consume alcohol responsibly and comply with all applicable laws. You accept full responsibility for your own conduct and any consequences arising from alcohol consumption.

4. Health and Safety
   You agree not to attend the Event if you are unwell or displaying symptoms of a contagious illness. You accept the risks associated with attending a public event, including the potential exposure to infectious diseases.

5. General
   These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. By proceeding with your ticket purchase or RSVP, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
