This single session Introduction to Racing course is designed specifically for Women who already know the basics of crewing a keelboat, and want to learn how to apply their skills in a racing environment. The course targets racing basics for Women to feel more confident to be on board during racing; targeting skills such as: accurate sail trim, efficient maneuvers, boat balance and trim, race starts, and basic racing rules.
Note: This is not an Australian Sailing accredited course and instead is conducted by the school/club/organisation, outside of the Australian Sailing framework.
