End of Year Grading – Congratulations to Our Karateka
Moreland Shotokan Karate Club recently held our end-of-year grading at Greater Beveridge Primary School, and it was a fantastic day of effort, focus, and determination.
We are proud to congratulate over 80 students who successfully completed their grading. Achieving a new level in karate is no small task—it represents six months or more of consistent training, and for some, over a year of dedication, discipline, and perseverance. Each student demonstrated strong fundamentals, commitment to improvement, and the true spirit of karate.
As instructors, we are extremely proud of the effort shown by all students on the day and throughout the year. Grading day is the result of countless hours of training, repetition, and personal growth, and it was inspiring to see that commitment on display.
While not every student was successful on this occasion, we have no doubt that those students will return with renewed determination and resilience. Karate is a journey, and with continued dedication and perseverance, we look forward to seeing them re-attempt at the mid-year grading.
Thank you to all our students and families for your continued support throughout the year. Your commitment to training and to our dojo community does not go unnoticed.
We wish everyone a Merry Christmas to those who celebrate, and to all, a relaxing and enjoyable holiday period. Enjoy the well-earned break from training, and we look forward to welcoming everyone back at the end of January 2026 as we begin another exciting year of karate together.
