General Class – Intermediate & Advanced (Green to Black Belt)

This class is open to all intermediate and advanced students, including Brown and Black Belts. While it covers material suitable for Green through Black Belt levels, it plays a vital role in the development of our senior students.

For Black Belts in particular, returning to the fundamentals is essential. Strong basics are the foundation of advanced technique — without them, even high-level skills lose their effectiveness. This class provides the perfect opportunity to refine stances, timing, power, and precision, reinforcing the core techniques that define true mastery.

Rather than focusing only on new and complex material, this class allows advanced students to polish their basics, correct small details, and lead by example, strengthening both personal skill and overall karate spirit.
