🥋 Adult Karate – Beginner to Intermediate
This class is designed for adult students from White to Green Belt, making it ideal for both beginners and developing intermediate karateka. It provides a supportive and structured environment where students can train with others at a similar stage of their karate journey, without the pressure of advanced-only classes.

While this class is tailored for beginners, it also includes progressive intermediate-level training to challenge students as they improve and to prepare them for the transition into higher-level classes. Sessions focus on strong fundamentals, correct technique, kata, kumite, fitness, and practical karate skills.
