Long Bay Series (LBS) - 5 Races in the Series.

• Fleet Start: the whole fleet starts together.
• A formal Start Boat and Start Line setup.
• Performance Handicap Scoring (PHS) where the finishing places are based on a Corrected Finish Time calculated on a pre-assigned handicap.
• Course Time up to 9 hours.
• Course Distance approximately up to 40= Nm's.
• Visitors /Passengers would strongly benefit from having some experience.

All boats are skippered by experienced sailors and well equipped.

All boats are certified to Australian Sailing (AS) Safety Category 4.

For sailing in unprotected waters up to 25NM offshore.

Boats vary in size and design and are handicapped based on performance and therefore any boat can win the race.
