Note: the Hockey Victoria and Hockey Australia Registration Fees are additional to the Monash registration fees, and are automatically included in the total fee cost.
IMPORTANT!!! UNIONE REGISTRATION
Please complete your UNIONE registration as well as this registration form. It is a seperate form (with no fee) required by the university in order to play.
Note that selections and communications are made via the Heja app. If you have any concerns or questions, please contact secretary@monashhockey.org.au.
a No Pay, No Play policy applies. If registration is not completed by the Thursday prior to game day, you will be ineligible to play.
MONASH MEMBERSHIP
- Discounted Early Bird fees will be available until 15th of March 2024
- Normal registration fees available from 16th of March 2024
- $60 late fee will apply from the 6th of April 2024
PAY-PER-PLAY
Want a more flixible playing option? We offer a pay-per-play option that allows flexibility for those who cannot commit to the full season. Payments are made in rounds 9 and 18 for the number of rounds played in each half of the season.
PAYMENT PLANS
If you need a payment plan, please contact the club treasurer at treasurer@monashhockey.org.au. This allows incremental payments with flixible payment amounts. Fees must be paid prior to the end of the season, and the early bird registration discount is not included.
Refund Policy
If you are seeking a refund, or are unsure at any point whether you can play the remainder of the season (due to injury or any other reasons), please contact the club treasurer (treasurer@monashhockey.org.au) IMMEDIATELY. Waiting till the end of the season will not guarantee a refund.
The amount refunded will either be half the season fee, or calculated as the difference between the fee paid and the cost as if the player had signed up as a casual player (including the admin fee). A refund of the half season fee can be claimed for play up until the end of round 9. Refunds do not typically include the HV registration fee. HV fee refunds can only be requested if no games have been played, and refunds are dictated by HV/HA.
